Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers major internal engine components against defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period specified at the time of purchase.

Covered components may include:

Engine Block
Cylinder Head
Crankshaft
Connecting Rods
Pistons
Camshafts
Internal Lubricated Components

Warranty coverage applies only to the engine supplied by Baden Engines.

Warranty Period

The warranty period, where applicable, will be stated on the product listing, invoice, or sales documentation.

Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery.

Warranty Requirements

To maintain warranty eligibility:

The engine must be installed by a qualified automotive technician or repair facility.
Installation procedures must follow manufacturer specifications.
Timing components, filters, fluids, seals, and service items should be inspected and replaced as necessary during installation.
Proper maintenance must be carried out throughout the warranty period.

Proof of installation and maintenance may be required when making a warranty claim.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Labor costs
Installation or removal expenses
Vehicle towing charges
Diagnostic charges
Loss of vehicle use
Commercial losses
Accidents or collision damage
Overheating
Improper installation
Misuse or neglect
Racing or competition use
Unauthorized modifications
Failure of external components
Electrical components, sensors, turbochargers, injectors, fuel systems, belts, hoses, and accessories unless specifically stated

Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Used Engine Disclaimer

Used engines may show signs of previous use consistent with age and mileage.

Customers are responsible for confirming engine compatibility before purchase.

Engine mileage and condition are based on available information at the time of sale.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim:

Contact Baden Engines immediately upon discovering the issue.
Provide:
- Order number
- Vehicle information
- Engine code
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photographs or documentation
Allow Baden Engines a reasonable opportunity to inspect and evaluate the claim.

No repairs should be carried out without prior authorization.
